The imposing 1400 m long Aare Gorge in the Haslital was first made accessible in 1888 and takes approx. 45 minutes to hike through. Discover nature’s dazzling spectacle on this safe and easy trail through tunnels and across footbridges. This refreshing excursion is best combined with a visit to the Reichenbach Falls. The Reichenbach Falls funicular takes you right up to the required elevation on-board 24-seater wooden carriages that are faithful replicas of the original. Near the mountain station are three viewing terraces with breathtaking views of the waterfall and the Haslital.
