The Albert Anker Centre in Ins includes the gently renovated residence of the artist as well as a modern art pavilion with temporary exhibitions and an archive. The heart of the centre is the bilingual permanent exhibition about Anker’s life and work which can be experienced over two floors in a multimedia format and without a guided tour. On a guided tour visitors can also discover the historically preserved original apartment and the attic studio — a unique place full of atmosphere.
