Every first Friday of the month, the old town of Biel is treated to the best of the best. First Friday is a festive, multicultural street event with unique entertainment. But what makes the old town so special and what is its history? An experienced guide will tell you fascinating stories about its eventful past and give you an insight into the life of the district today.
On the way, you will have the chance to visit an art gallery, a small shop and a watchmaker’s workshop. You will get to know the owners, passionate people who contribute to the diversity of the old town. The tour ends at the “Römerquelle”, a bar that is only open on First Friday. Here you can enjoy a free drink before wandering through the lively streets and enjoying your evening.
