Situated above Zweisimmen, at 1560 metres above sea, the Site Alp welcomes summer visitors interested in exploring alpine nature and agricultural traditions. Up to 150 people can be catered for, with the dairy farm's produce taking centre stage on the typically local menu. Dishes include rösti with veal ragout, raclette, mutton with potato salad, as well as sharing platters. The show dairy and family farm can be viewed as part of a guided tour.
