Grindelwald First, Jungfrau Region

Up into the airy heights

Soak up the view as you reach new heights as a team. Scale the heights in the canton of Bern as unforeseen perspectives and fresh viewpoints unfold before you.

Jungfrau Region: Thrills galore the higher you go

Just the gondola ride to Grindelwald-First alone is enough to leave you on a "high". Besides the all-round views and the breathtaking panoramic outlook, the ultimate adventure awaits you at 2,200 metres above sea level – the First Cliff Walk. Via the west side of the summit of the First, your team passes rockwalls while being watched by Alpine chough birds before reaching the metal walkway that literally leads up into thin air. Standing there is an experience in itself, while daring to look down is a real test of courage. Back at the nearby Berggasthaus First – which has space for events with up to 120 people – you can sit back and relax. Would you like to go even higher? 3,454 is the magical altitude of the Jungfraujoch. You and your group can comfortably access this unique, icy sparkling mountain world via the new Eiger Express of the Jungfrau Railway. Once at the top, your team event culminates in a welcome drink and a curling event (up to 20 people) at the ice bar in the midst of the magnificent Ice Palace. Afterwards, a variety of adventure options invite you to linger.

Interlaken: Feel free to be amazed

It’s easy to add a majestic touch to your conference or a corporate event at the Schilthorn Piz Gloria at 2'970 metres above sea level. This legendary "James Bond" location revolves around its own axis in 45 minutes with its 360-degree restaurant as the view sweeps past more than 200 mountain peaks. On request, the restaurant can also be reserved exclusively for larger evening events for up to 300 guests. In addition, the Skyline Take Away, located at the level of the observation deck, can be individually transformed and can serve as the perfect location for up to 150 people for either opening or closing fireworks displays. Change of scenary: If you appreciate the sight of good food and the beauty of nature you will find it on the Harder Kulm. At 1'322 metres above sea level, Interlaken's local mountain offers you an overwhelming view of Interlaken with the turquoise-blue Lake of Thun and Lake of Brienz as well as the world-famous mountain trio Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The Panorama Restaurant is also ideal for meetings, seminars and events (up to 80 people). The modern new building has a capacity of 130 seats and can be rented exclusively. Are you free from giddiness? Then venture onto the overhanging two-lake footbridge for even more panoramic views.

Gstaad: At the peak of pleasure

Mulled wine, a glass of champagne and a magnificent view over the Saanenland – yes, this is the perfect way to start your team event at the Berghaus Wasserngrat above Gstaad. There is ample space and creativity for up to 160 people at this "Peak of Pleasure", while the spacious terrace on two levels can accommodate up to 250 guests for aperitifs. Regional products are lovingly prepared and served in this warm and welcoming mountain restaurant. An enchanted mountain hut experience is also yours to enjoy at the Rinderberg Swiss Alpine Lodge above Zweisimmen. This mountain restaurant can accommodate up to 70 people in Alpine log cabin style as a cosy venue for relaxing, celebrating and team building. The menu includes regional and international dishes and two seminar rooms provide space for up to 30 people to come up with fresh ideas. Natural colours and special wood accents lend an incomparable charm to the building that makes it a unique venue. Are you looking for an uncomplicated yet unique side activity? A visit to the cheese grotto is the perfect start to your event in the destination of Gstaad. More than 3,000 loaves of cheese are stored and skilfully presented in the former water reservoir. Of course, there is also an aperitif including tasting.

Bern: Cathedral-high

Your team event in Switzerland’s highest church tower! What was once scarcely possible can now be achieved through the conversion of the former tower dwelling in the Cathedral (Münster) in Bern. The two rooms and the large vaulted hall can now be rented as seminar, conference or party spaces. And to make this venue in the lofty heights with its unique view over the rooftops of the UNESCO World Heritage City even more special and unique, you have to climb 222 steps to get there. The rooms can accommodate up to 50 people (vaulted hall), and they are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and can be supplemented with catering if required.
