Gurten Pavillon

Get out of town! The Gurten Pavilion on Bern’s local mountain offers organisers plenty of room for all kinds of events. A wonderful view of the surrounding area is just one of its many advantages.

Surrounded by nature but close to town: the Gurtenbahn funicular railway takes five minutes to carry visitors from the city to the top of Bern’s local mountain. Twelve different rooms offer space for corporate events, including the pavilion as a showpiece for up to 500 people. Creative workshops are in good hands in the INNOgurten, Switzerland’s largest innovation space. Another unique feature is the Kulturschür UPtown – a barn converted into an event hall including a stage and bar, perfectly suited to special presentations and celebrations.
