Conditions for participation

The competition runs until 6 January 2026 at 23:59 (closing date for entries). The prizes will be drawn on that date.

All participants take part in the competition free of charge and irrespective of any newsletter orders placed by them. The prizes are not paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. Legal proceedings will not be entertained. 

Only adults residing in Switzerland who are fully capable of action are authorised to take part. Employees of Made in Bern Ltd. and of its partner companies are not allowed to take part. More than one entry and entries made by employees of Made in Bern Ltd. or partners and their members of family will be invalid. Made in Bern Ltd. reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition, to delete multiple entries or to suspend the competition if discrepancies arise or in the event of any suspicion of technical manipulations.

The result is processed directly between the winner and the competition partner; Made in Bern Ltd. gives no guarantee and accepts no liability whatsoever.

Your personal data needed to take part in the competition are treated in confidence, used solely to process the competition and not disclosed to third parties. We store this data in this privacy policy in a customer relationship management system (so-called CRM). The data concerning you is systematically recorded and linked for the purpose of processing the contractual services. Within the framework of the data protection regulations, we also enrich the data with data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. press or Internet). For this purpose, we use software from SharpSpring Inc., 550 SW 2nd Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32601, USA ("SharpSpring"). We base the processing of this data within the framework of the software on our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in customer-friendly and efficient customer data management. There is no link between prize games of Made in Bern Ltd. and Facebook. These games are not sponsored, supported or organised in any way by Facebook and constitute no basis for legal claims against Facebook. All information about the competition is made available by Made in Bern Ltd.

Persons who enter this competition must accept these conditions for participation as well as the privacy policy of Made in Bern Ltd. Swiss law alone shall apply; the place of jurisdiction is situated at the registered office of Made in Bern Ltd.
