plusQ’île Festival in Biel

The plusQ’île Festival turns the Neptunwiese in Biel into an open artists’ village by Lake Biel for one week. With tents, caravans and a welcoming atmosphere, it creates a special festival setting for families and curious visitors. The programme includes circus, street art, theatre, dance, music and other artistic disciplines. Around 30 performances take place outdoors and in tents, offering moments of wonder, laughter and discovery for different age groups.

In addition to the stage programme, animations, a cinema day and activities for children create varied festival moments. Between performances, there is time to play, linger and connect. Food stalls with specialities from around the world offer additional meeting places for all ages. The plusQ’île Festival combines culture, a relaxed summer atmosphere and shared experiences in natural surroundings directly by Lake Biel.
