The delicious all-you-can-eat brunch served at the revolving "Piz Gloria" restaurant on the Schilthorn lives up to all expectations. From mid June to the end of October, the Alpen tower on the Hasliberg, located at 2,250 metres, delights visitors in summer with a generous breakfast buffet. The price also includes breathtaking panoramic views of the Bernese Oberland and Central Switzerland Alps.

Tuck into a delicious breakfast on the Niesen! From late April to early November, the Niesen Brunch is served daily in the glass pavilion of the Berghaus Niesen Kulm, featuring a regional breakfast buffet. After a ride on the historic Niesen funicular, enjoy Niesen coffee, smoothies, a variety of breads and sweet pastries, meat and salmon, warm dishes from the Niesen pot, eggs, rösti and much more. The brunch is rounded off with an impressive 360 degree panorama at 2,362 metres above sea level.

Up on the Stockhorn, healthy mountain air and fantastic views are as much part of the brunch as the extensive buffet of local dishes. Gourmets can treat themselves to breads and cheeses, müesli and fruit, meat and salmon, scrambled eggs and rösti potatoes, Prosecco and fruit juices and much more.

Every Saturday and Sunday in summer, the hearty mountain breakfast on the Elsigenalp impresses with its breathtaking location at 1794 metres above sea level and the use of regional specialities. You can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet with fresh bread and butter plait, regional cheese and meat specialities as well as homemade rösti. A special highlight is the Prosecco with a view, which you can enjoy by the Brandsee lake on sunny days.

On Sundays Schadau Castle on Lake Thun tempts its guests with a heavenly brunch. The exquisite buffet of culinary specialities and delicacies – from starters, roast meats and vegetables through to dessert – is served in the historic ambience inside the castle.

Every first Sunday of the month from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., guests of the Grizzlybär Adventure Land can look forward to a Sunday brunch fit for a grizzly bear’s appetite. Located right by the Dittligsee above Thun and surrounded by the Bernese Alps, the adults can take their time enjoying the buffet while the little ones have fun on the playground in the animal park or play minigolf in the Adventure Land.

This sublime Sunday brunch is a celebration of life and fine food, with fresh local produce, a vast choice and a touch of the Belle Epoque. For families, there's a 50% discount for children aged from 7 to 12 while the very youngest eat for free.

Gourmets are in for a treat at the Sunday brunch served in the charming surroundings of the bistro in the Chocolaterie Camille Bloch. Offering a selection of hot and cold culinary delights, the brunch features a range of delicious specialities refined with Ragusa and Torino chocolate. Weather permitting, why not relax on one of the two delightful terraces?

On Saturdays and Sundays, the Farel Bistro in Biel offers vegetarian and vegan breakfasts to suit everyone, whether their appetites are large or small. The coffee beans are roasted over a wood fire, the sourdough focaccia is homemade and you can round off your brunch with a dainty cake.
