Everybody knows that horseshoes are a symbol of luck. Although you won't be shoeing any horses during your event, your team can still get a taste of the ancient craft associated with horseshoes – the art of blacksmithing. The national equine centre (Nationales Pferdezentrum Bern) enables course participants to forge their own fondue fork or barbecue skewer. By arrangement, your get-together in this green oasis can be rounded off with an aperitif or a hearty fondue.

A coaching session with horses, far away from office routines, quickly engenders a positive team spirit.
