Tobogganing

From fast-paced rides to leisurely descents with beautiful views: the Region of Bern, the paradise of tobogganing, has something in store for all tobogganing fans regardless of their age.

If you don’t have a Skibock, then you’re not really from Adelboden! In the olden days, children used the Skibock (consisting of a sawn-off ski, a vertical piece of wood and a horizontal wooden board which is used as seat) to go to school. Today, the Skibock is a must-have item for everyone from Adelboden. Those who prefer a more classic approach have a huge number of sleds to choose from. In total, there are more than 100 km of tobogganing runs in the Bernese Oberland.
