It’s not just the building dating from 1706 that’s steeped in tradition, but also the menu at the Hotel Bären Wilderswil. The hotel’s kitchens are always working on developing these culinary traditions, which are presented and served as small works of art. The wine cellar, too, has lots of exciting vintages in store. It is also Switzerland’s first wine bank, enabling wine connoisseurs to lay down their finest bottles in ideal climate-controlled surroundings.
