The gourmet tour will take you to three of Biel’s restaurants in one evening. Let the hosts pamper you with delicacies and learn about the concepts that underpin each establishment. The evening starts out at Bar “Sauvage” on Brunnenplatz, with a glass of wine and a tour round the wine cellar with sommelier Lara. Next stop is the Restaurant ecluse, where you will be served a starter and a main course prepared with regional products. After your meal, join the restaurant manager for a little postprandial stroll through the garden, during which you'll learn all about the restaurant’s sustainability concept. For a sweet conclusion, make your way to Restaurant Lokal, where a delicious dessert and cocktail recommendation await – good vibes are guaranteed.
