For all those who wait impatiently for the first summer-time visit to the ice cream parlour, La Golosa in Bern is offering a team event with an entirely new kind of flavour. From November through to March, teams can take part in an ice cream workshop and find the answer to that crucial question: Who makes the very best ice cream?

For home-brewed beer and a richly varied cuisine, look no further than the brewery and restaurant "Altes Tramdepot" in Bern. The venue also offers the opportunity for you and your team to have a go at brewing your own beer. In addition to learning about the brewing process, participants get to enjoy an authentic three-course menu – and of course beer on tap. The event lasts for around five hours and is ideal for groups of 12 to 30 people.

Where do they hide the precious gold of the Alps while it ripens? Between cooling rock faces that keep the ambient temperature at 7°Celsius. The cheese grotto of Gstaad, located 25 meters below ground in the district's former water reservoir, is the ripening chamber for more than 3000 cheese wheels. Expert-guided tours to learn all about Bernese Hobelkäse PDO, with drinks and nibbles, can be booked all year round at Molkerei Gstaad.

Gain an insight into Biel's gastronomy. On the culinary tour through the town, you will discover three of Biel's restaurants in one evening. The adventure starts at the bar "Sauvage", with a glass of wine and a guided tour of the wine cellar. Next, you will be visiting the restaurant "ecluse". After your meal, you will take a little stroll through the garden to learn more about the restaurant's concept for sustainability. Final stop is the restaurant "Lokal", where a delicious dessert await.
