Visitors to the show dairy learn all about the world of cheese: how it is made and shaped and why some varieties have holes in them. Teams can also try their hand at making their own “Stöckli” or cream cheese. After tours of the dairy and farm, another real highlight awaits: the traditional removal of the typically Swiss Emmentaler from the vat.
